Just a quick note to thank you for doing a terrific job in over seeing the complete renovation of our condo at the David William, on Biltmore Way in Coral Gables. The job itself was not an easy one as the building (owned by same group as the  Biltmore Hotel) is completely concrete.

 

The plans we put together with you, opening out a tiny kitchen, trying to put in  appropriate lighting, and completing renovating 60 yr. old bathrooms was remarkable. We stayed on budget and your price for the job was reasonable.  Also it was done on time, as I was up in Philadelphia for much of the 6 months from start to finish of the job.

 

The subs that he used were all solid, including: Rueben (masterful kitchen); Scott (plumbing); Andy (tough electrical issues into concrete!); Miguel (complete new air handler A/C systems installed),and finally Manny; 'master' of really worn old parquet floors refinished for final time brilliantly. Steve, who is Jamie's right hand man on the job was helpful in fixing any issues hat may occur.

 

I would highly recommend Jamie Robb for any job regardless of the work needed for a renovation in  a housed or condo. As a followup I can be reached by cell at 1-215-840-0867 up here in Philadelphia.
